Ram offers this HDX Clutch Performance Set used with the 98-02 LS1 engines. This set includes the 300 series steel-backed organic disc, and a 2800 lbs clamp load pressure plate. This set is to be used with the stock resurfaced flywheel and stock release mechanisms. This clutch set is good for mild power enhancements up to 425 HP.

*RAM does not recommend using a stock flywheel for any higher horsepower street or racing applications. Please use a billet steel or aluminum flywheel for your own safety. Sintered materials will wear stock flywheels quicker.

**RAM units are set up to work with factory hydraulics utilized from 2001 on. Some cases, such as extreme flywheel wear or resurfacing, will require the RAM adjustable master cylinder for proper release and engagement.

    Great price, i just broke mine in. I put 600mi on it. Great clutch, the difference from stock is incredible. Get a Ram billet-steel flywheel to go with it, and a new set of tires. HP is nothing if you can’t get it to the tires!

    Almost 70,000 miles on my Ram HDX clutch and still going strong. I thought I would have replaced it after 20,000. Occasional street and strip use.
