QuikTrip Long Tube Headers are made in the U.S. PaceSetter has been designing and making quality, value priced headers and exhaust systems since 1972! QuikTrip Long Tube Headers are as good as you can get for every day use for your car or truck.

  • Manufactured using flash-controlled 16-gauge (.060″ wall thickness) carbon steel tubing. That’s 25% more material than the mass-produced “budget” headers from other manufacturers. That makes a more durable header.
  • Smooth, mandrel bends insure high exhaust flow rates.
  • Steel head flanges are quality-manufactured to insure a precise fit.
  • Welded O-ring port seals are milled flat to insure a leak-free installation.
  • 3″ collector design provides a smooth transition to your exhaust system.
  • QuikTrip Headers come with gaskets, reducers, and header and collector bolts.

    Very nice. As with most, if not all, longtube headers, the engine must be raised, but the headers slid right in and fit with plenty of room.

    Great fit, performance, and looks. Install was quick and easy though I had to cut a tab off the block near the oil filter to get the drivers side header in. The pacesetter Y pipe was also easy to install but it didn’t quite reach the stock hanger location without some wrestling. Overall, great fit but it’s smart to buy band clamps instead of using the U bolt clamps that are supplied.

    I installed these headers with the pacesetter y-pipe as well on a 2001 trans am ws6. The motor on the driver side had to be jacked up to fit, but overall a really good fit. The only thing is the y-pipe under throttle bangs up against the body of the car creating a very anoying sound. I still dont know how I am going to fix that, but that is the only downside to these headers and y-pipe.
